Services

Schertz Plumbing provides residential and light commercial plumbing services in Schertz, TX and surrounding areas. All work is performed by licensed Texas plumbers or under the direct supervision of a licensed master plumber.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide written estimates before beginning any work. The final price will not exceed the quoted amount without your prior approval. Any additional work discovered during a job will be quoted separately before proceeding.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 30 days and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to workmanship, not to pre-existing conditions or issues unrelated to the work performed.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled appointment window. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible so we can accommodate other customers.

Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. Our plumbers reserve the right to decline or stop work if conditions present a safety hazard.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by delayed reporting of plumbing issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
